Security guards were genuinely helpful with parking and little requests, and the staff were friendly and polite, always greeting me. I stayed here for a short time and found it peaceful and cozy, with a home-like feel. BTS and MRT are a short walk away via the Lotus path, which is handy for daily commuting. The cleaning service feels like a hotel, so you can just move in with your luggage and not worry about cleaning, towels, or bedding. I'd love to come back if I get the chance.

The clean, modern studio felt like home, with everything needed for a longer stay: a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, and laundromat on the ground floor. Parking was convenient too. Internet stayed reliable for video calls, and the cleaning staff worked around my schedule so they didn't interrupt work. SOLARIO is a place to live, not just stay.

The price is right for a comfortable, pleasant apartment. Management is friendly and helpful. Lotus, Central Ladprao Mall, BTS, MRT, and Chatuchak Park are all within walking distance or close by.

I've stayed here for 2 years and have very few complaints. The room is minimal, but the included cleaning helps make up for that. The location is a 10/10, within walking distance of BTS and central Ladprao. The property managers also try to understand both sides. Best wishes.
