The landlord kept the deposit and tried to cheat me out of more than 10,000 Thai baht. I called the nearby police station. Even after telling the police the deposit would be returned, the landlord still didn't return it. I called the police a second time, and they asked the landlord to come in person. If your deposit is withheld this way, call the police or report the landlord to the tax bureau for tax evasion through deposit fraud. The landlord only replies to messages when you're checking in and paying. There is no other service.
An absolute hassle dealing with these people. The staff were rude and no help, acted like they couldn't speak English, lost important details, and made everything difficult. Worst people I've ever had to deal with.
Handy location near BTS Ari and Saphan kwai, with convenience stores nearby like Ari villa and Big c.
The location is the only good thing. Everything else was pretty awful.
It's pretty normal.
