Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld

The location makes it easy to stay in the Siam shopping area, and the link to central world means you can get around whatever the weather. I loved going to the club lounge for breakfast each morning. We didn't bother with the main breakfast area because the service there was so personalized. The cigar lounge was also lovely for smokers, with a great view. Our Club superior room was on the 50th floor, spacious and well designed, with great views. On our last night, housekeeping left a special rose petal arrangement, a handwritten note, and a gift. The club lounge facilities were enjoyable too. M, the Club manager, and her amazing colleagues were so hospitable. Special thanks to Lily, Patty, Bank, Sky, and Mayya. M deserves recognition for working tirelessly and with all her heart. She leads by example and no task is too small for her. I stayed three nights and had a better experience than I expected. I'll definitely come back with the rest of my family. Thank you M, Lily, Patty, Bank, Sky, and Mayya for making our stay so special!

The hotel's position above CentralWorld made shopping, dining, and entertainment very convenient. We stayed as a family, and our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable for all of us. The facilities worked well for adults and children, and breakfast had a fantastic selection. The staff were warm and attentive, and the welcome surprise in our room made the stay extra special. I've been staying at Centara Grand Bangkok for five years, and Mr Muek and the club lounge team have never failed to impress me. Mr Muek, the Operations Manager, treats every guest like a VIP and a long-term member of the Centara Grand family. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail make each visit feel special, and he always goes the extra mile to make people feel comfortable, well cared for, and truly welcome. The whole lounge team deserves recognition for the friendly smiles, efficient service, and steady hospitality. They create a relaxing atmosphere that makes the hotel feel like a home away from home, as Mr Muek rightly called it, my second home :-) Thank you, Mr Muek and the entire club lounge team, for all the care you've given over the years. You're a big reason I keep returning to Centara Grand Bangkok, and I truly appreciate it.

The rooftop bars were the highlight for me. They give you 360 views of the city, especially stunning once the lights come on at night. My room was perfect, with commanding city views through floor to ceiling windows. The food was delicious and ranged from western and traditional Thai to Chinese and Indian. Service was second to none, with pleasant, helpful staff. Shoutout to Cheska, who checked in to see if we enjoyed breakfast. A wonderful hotel experience, would recommend.
