Chao Hostel

The building feels secure, and its facilities are new and well kept. There are plenty of shared spaces to relax, and the location is handy for transit. Some staff were helpful, while others weren’t as much. Our room faced a noisy street, which made sleeping difficult. Housekeeping was on and off, and there was no free water, which felt poor at over $60 a night. Internet worked better in the lobby and hallway than in the room.

I keep coming back because I love the place. It looks and feels more like a hotel than a hostel, and the beds are really comfortable. There are English channels on the TV, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s close to the main shopping centers, with McDonald's just a minute away. The atmosphere is great.

I only stayed one day, but found the atmosphere and facilities very satisfying. It’s cozy, clean enough, and nicely decorated, with a central Bangkok location and a reasonable price. If your budget is limited but you want to be in the center, this hostel is a good choice. You can get to all the popular places easily.

The location is a big plus, just a five-minute walk from bts national stadium, with several famous travel destinations nearby. I felt safe with security at the first-floor entrance around the clock. The hostel is very clean and private, and the staff, including the bell boy at the entrance, were kind and helpful. Breakfast is free and consists of local snacks, which were delicious. I also met lots of new friends here.
