Chatrium Grand Bangkok Hotel

We’ve made two February visits to the Chatrium Grand Bangkok, and it’s now our favorite place to stay in Bangkok. The pool and other facilities added a lot to our time there, and the rooms were roomy, clean, and beautifully put together. We also loved the Club Lounge, especially its calm, elegant atmosphere and the quality of what it offered. Pierre deserves a special mention for the genuine care he shows guests. Apple at the Club Lounge was just as kind and attentive, and made each visit memorable. We can’t wait to come back.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh pastries, fruit, international dishes, and a huge choice of high-quality food. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. The location worked perfectly for shopping too, with major malls and attractions only minutes away. The whole stay felt luxurious. Staff across the hotel made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and our spacious, beautifully designed room was kept in excellent condition. A perfect experience for us, highly recommended.

I loved the spa, especially the deeply relaxing massage Nuna gave me. The spa reception team was helpful and organized, and the restaurant had great food with consistently friendly service. Zeen at reception was particularly kind, professional, and attentive to the details. Housekeeping also kept my room perfectly clean and in order. Chatrium Grand Bangkok made this one of my best stays. The service was excellent in every department, and the hotel brought together comfort and luxury. I’d happily recommend it.

The pool was a favorite, with sunshine for most of the day, and the fitness center had plenty of equipment. Siam Paragon is directly connected to the hotel, with CentralWorld, Siam, shopping, and dining areas right nearby. The free shuttle made getting around easier, and reaching the airport was convenient too. The rooms felt properly high-end, from the modern design and city views to the materials, comfortable beds, and bathrooms. They were spacious and well maintained, and the hotel was clean and elegant throughout. Breakfast had a broad international range and very good quality. Staff across the hotel were friendly, attentive, and professional without hovering. For what you get, the price felt fair. Everything was well thought out and professionally run, and I’d book here again without hesitation.
