City Plaza Nana Hotel (SHA Extra Plus)

At checkout, staff wanted extra money for a spoon they said was missing. Their own team checked and confirmed it was already there, but the way they handled it still felt like an attempt to recover money dishonestly and harass guests. We also had delays at both check-in and checkout despite arriving on time, with no proper explanation or apology. It happened again when leaving, without a valid reason. The whole stay showed poor staff coordination, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of basic hospitality. It was a very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to families or business travelers who need their time respected and billing to be transparent.

Please avoid booking here. Both check-in and checkout took over two hours, and the staff were rude, unhelpful, and uncooperative. We spent five days in Pattaya and didn't get service this poor or unprofessional anywhere else. This hotel ruined the experience for us.

There are plenty of good hotels in Bangkok, but this one was the worst I've experienced. The service felt extremely poor and cheap.

Awful hotel. Check-in took an hour, and checkout was just as slow. Staff moved far too slowly, then tried to charge us for a spoon even though we checked and it was there. It made their intention to get money from us seem pretty clear.
