The reception team, Kim & Sukhoth, were cheerful and helpful, ready to assist with whatever we needed. Our room was spacious and had a kettle, fridge, cups, and glasses. The lift was useful, and 7/11 is less than a two-minute walk away. The hotel is 1.9 km from MBK, 3.9 km from Indra square market/Pratunam market, and 6.9 km from Nana plaza. We paid 1100 THB, though online apps may have discounts. The internet worked well, but it wasn't a secured connection. I'd ask management to secure it so guests can use it for office work and other needs with more confidence. Open internet can be hacked easily.

City Residence had a smooth check-in, and staff were courteous and professional throughout. The rooms felt modern and spotless, with fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, plenty of workspace, and a well-equipped kitchenette. It seemed set up for either a short visit or a longer stay. Shopping areas, public transport, cafes, and cultural landmarks were all a short walk away. The property also has a gym, laundry facilities, 24/7 security, and a cozy lounge for relaxing or catching up on work. The staff were lovely, and the rooms were very clean. The pool was clean too, though it was always empty. It's close to stations and only a short walk from BTS stations, plus it's cheap. I'd definitely stay again.

I stayed there about 9 years ago and had a very good time. We were all happy, the food was good, and there were lots of things close by. Bobe market was within walking distance, and the hotel was also near the train station and main highway, making it easy to get to and from the airport. The pool was clean and nice back then. It's closed now due to COVID, but I hope life gets back on track 🙂
