The housekeepers were so nice and very helpful, and the place is hyper clean. I also liked the location, the calm outside, and the free tea. Inside the room, though, you can literally hear everything from the adjacent rooms. The mattress and pillows are hard, and the first floor middle room may be the worst since it gets noise from both adjacent rooms.

It has a really homey feel since it’s run by a family, and everyone was welcoming even though the staff don’t speak much English. My room was upgraded to one with AC on the second floor. In the mornings I could hear birds, and there are lots of trees out front. The neighborhood is quiet, and it’s easy to walk around or call a Bolt ride.

We had a lovely two-night stay. The bed was big, and the family were friendly. The location worked really well for us, and we’d love to come back next time we’re in bangkok. Thanks for everything, from south africa ✌️

The host and her family were so kind and helpful, and there was free water plus tea and coffee. I slept incredibly well because the bed was so comfy. The room was spacious, with air con, and the bathroom was clean with a great hot shower. It felt really homely throughout. The tube lines are a 10-15 minute walk away. I’d happily recommend staying here.

The host was quick to reply, helpful, and had good local suggestions. Getting to public transport, restaurants, and popular sights was easy from here. The place was clean and stylish, with thoughtful decor that made it feel like home. I had an amazing stay, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok. Five stars!
