Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport

I had a restful stay in a calm, well-managed hotel that felt new and met the standard I expect from Courtyard by Marriott. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and a well-kept bathroom stocked with what I needed. Staff were welcoming and professional from arrival, making check-in easy and helping whenever I asked. Being so close to Suvarnabhumi Airport made arriving after a long flight quick and stress-free. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a convenient place to rest before or after flying, and I'd stay again.

We wished we could have stayed longer just to enjoy the hotel. Communication was smooth from beginning to end, including the airport pickup and drop-off, and check-in was easy. The staff welcomed us warmly, and our spacious, high-end room had exceptionally comfortable beds. I hadn't expected much from a hotel 15 minutes from the airport, but the property was surprisingly expansive and modern, and the whole experience felt relaxed and effortless. We travel to Thailand often and will add a few days at either end of future trips. A beautiful hotel with a fantastic team and a lovely show of Thai hospitality.

We stayed here twice on our recent Thailand trip, first for three nights after arriving and then again on our final day. On the second visit, Louis helped arrange three rooms on the same floor for our family and organize the airport shuttle. The concierge team was attentive with our luggage. Our children loved the pool, and both rooms we had were spacious, clean, and well maintained. We didn't dine in the restaurant, but the room service food was delicious. On our first stay I cut my face shaving and couldn't stop the bleeding. Guest services responded quickly to my request for a bandage, checked whether I needed anything else, and soon two staff members came to clean and bandage the cut. Duty Manager Kannika Bamrungsin later came by with another front office colleague to see how I was doing. That care felt genuine. We had arrived early and asked for early check-in; Louis at reception greeted us with a warm smile, and we relaxed with coffee at the lobby café while waiting for the keys. Though it's a busy property, the team maintains the standards you'd expect from a Marriott. Thanks to the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams for their care. We'll stay again on our next Thailand visit.

The free shuttle to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport runs on the hour, and having Let’s Relax massage spa right at the property was a lovely extra. The Olympic-size pool was great for swimming laps or relaxing in the sun, and the fitness centre was modern and well equipped. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurants, with good food and a relaxed feel. My room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the bed left me refreshed. From check-in onward, the team made me feel welcome. Special thanks to Director of Rooms Noo, and to front desk staff Eve, Kookkai, and GSA Louis for their warm, attentive service. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return.
