We ended up finding somewhere else to stay the same night, which was a relief. The bedroom walls were so thin that we could hear people next door talking, and a ground-floor room opens straight onto the pool area through a glass sliding door, so privacy is a concern there. The room itself wasn’t clean, including the en-suite bathroom. We asked for fresh sheets, but those were dirty too. The curtains had stains that looked like blood, and marks on the bed made it feel as if there might be bed bugs. They also required a 1,000 THB deposit, which is pretty standard for accommodations. For the same nightly price, I’d look somewhere else that feels safer and cleaner.

Those pillows and sheets clearly hadn't been washed, as the pictures show. I can't find much else to say about a place this horrible. I’ll give them two stars for refunding us. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d choose.

I only lasted two hours before booking another hotel and leaving. The smell hit me as soon as I walked into the room. There was mold on the pillows, in the shower, and on the walls, and the air conditioner was leaking. The curtains were filthy, and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or changed. I told a worker, who brought replacement pillows, but those had mold on them too. When I asked her something, she ignored me and walked away. Poor service and poor quality. I wouldn’t recommend it, and honestly wouldn’t even give it one star.

The faucet kept leaking even when shut, and the bidet pressure was very strong. The room smelled like old wood, and it wasn’t very clean. The CR looked especially dirty because of the black mold.

I left my AirPods in the room by accident, then tried several times to reach the hotel by email and phone. Nobody got back to me. For a 1-star hotel I wasn’t expecting luxury, but some basic help and communication should be possible. The staff’s silence felt careless and unprofessional. If you want even minimal service or have belongings you need looked after, I’d advise against staying here.
