The bed is comfortable, the room is clean and spacious, and there’s a huge desk and couch. Water pressure is great too. I can barely hear the construction from the 5th floor, even though it’s going on around the 7th and 8th floors. The elevators are wrapped up, so they look less nice, but it hasn’t been a distraction. I’m honestly enjoying my stay. I’m not sure if rooms are always under $20 a night or if that’s just because of the construction, but it’s a pretty nice hotel.

We got lots of help from the incredibly kind staff. The rooms were clean, quiet and really nice. Definitely worth coming here.

We paid for the stay in full and also had to put down a deposit. At the end of the trip, they kept almost half of it over what they called “ruined sheets.” There was only a tiny, dime-sized blood spot from a scab coming off during the night. The sheets weren’t ruined, and I would have cleaned it myself if I’d known they planned to charge us. They said they have a policy about “ruined sheets,” but never mentioned it before our stay. It felt very unreasonable, and they wouldn’t try to work with us. They even blocked us from reviewing them on booking.com. Don’t stay here.

Spacious rooms that are well equipped and looked after, and it’s only a five-minute walk to the MRT, food stalls and morning markets. Best budget hotel in Bangkok.
