Do Dee cafe

Do Dees is a long way from central Bangkok, which suited me since I'm not really a fan of the city. The suburban area was nice to wander around, with restaurants, little alleyways, and canals. There are friendly dogs and cats, too. I had a relaxed stay in a tent for 250/night. It was a good size and came with a decent fan. The setup makes it easy to chat with other travellers, so it's a good fit for solo travellers.

The food was good, and the internet worked well outside the room, where there are lots of tables and chairs. It was a chill place, with a big tree providing shade from the heat. Some bungalows are fully equipped with a private bathroom, TV, and small fridge. I booked two single beds with a private bathroom, but there was no hot water. For low-budget accommodation, this turned out better than I expected when I first booked. It would also suit a longer stay as a digital nomad. Thank you for creating this unique spot in the busy city of Bangkok.

The social atmosphere was the best part. It's a nice place to meet other travelers and spend time with people. Cleaning was the main problem for us, since the room wasn't really clean. The pool wasn't available and the restaurant was closed. We think it could be an excellent place if they make changes in those areas.

I chose a room instead of a tent, and it was a better option for me because it had air conditioning and an attached bathroom. Service was great, and the tree cover is beautiful, with cats and dogs around. Getting here is the challenge: it's a long walk from the MRT or BTS station, and there aren't any nearby places to eat.
