Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok

The room was clean and well worth the price, with a huge comfy bathroom and wireless charging already set up. They even said we could have the snack bar for free. We stayed 2/2 night, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. If you don’t have breakfast, they still offer toast and coffee. The sky train is only 5 steps away, and 7/11 is right beside the main door. Big thanks to the guy and girl at reception on the night of February 1. They helped me connect and find my lost wallet on a cruise ship. You guys are awesome. I hope to see you back in Thai one day. All love!

There’s a 7-Eleven right beside the hotel, and the rooms are new and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great stay at the Sam E Hotel and will come back next time we’re in Bangkok. Definitely recommend it.

We felt a little sick during our stay, and the staff were a fantastic team who helped us a lot. They also helped send an item we’d forgotten at the hotel to an island. The location is really great and the rooms are very comfortable. Many thanks to the hotel team. I’ll definitely come back.

The staff made this place special. Everyone I met, from the security guard to the concierge, was welcoming and delivered great service with a smile. I’ll definitely stay here again. My room was huge for one person and very comfortable. The wardrobe is in the bathroom, which I found convenient, and toiletries were provided. Surasak BTS on the Silom line is only a few steps away. It’s easy to get to the “town” area at Siam, or to Icon Siam by changing at Krung Thon Buri station. I also found this area less hectic than the Sukhumvit line.
