The reception team made a great impression. They were welcoming, happy to help with questions, and some spoke English very well. The delivery shelves by the elevator also made Grab food and Shopee orders easy to pick up. It's a spacious room with a comfortable bed, a warm, strong shower, and brand-new air conditioning. The room itself is a little dated. When I checked in, I noticed a light cigarette smell, apparently from someone smoking on the balcony. The staff promptly gave the room a deep clean and sprayed air freshener. I had no other complaints. The hotel is within a 10-15 minute walk of the MRT yellow line, waterboat taxi, Bankapi mall, and international hospital. The neighborhood is inexpensive and not crowded with tourists. The locals I met were friendly and respectful, and I didn't run into people trying to sell me bags.

It felt like a home away from home, and I'd definitely recommend staying here in Bangkok. The service was really good, and everything was fresh each day. I asked to have my room cleaned daily, and they did such a good job that it felt like a new room every time. 💯 recommended.

I really liked the hotel and the staff. Our room was nice and had a balcony, and we could walk to the mall, local bazaar, and three 7-Elevens nearby. I'll remember waking up to birds singing and those moments on the balcony ❤️❤️❤️

I've stayed here several times for long stretches, and would come back again. It's affordable, clean, and convenient, with a 7-Eleven close by plus a pharmacy and restaurant on the ground floor. Reception staff speak English and are flexible about check-in times. The Burmese housekeeping staff are kind and helpful. I'd recommend giving it a try.

Such kind, good people here. For me, this is the best residence in Bangkok. Take a bike and you can get anywhere in 20-30 minutes. Best residence again!
