Ms. You made the breakfast buffet a wonderful experience. She was so attentive and caring, and even taught me some useful Thai words and phrases. She's a real treasure at this hotel. The two young people in the lobby in the morning were friendly and helpful too. I'd happily come back.

The bed was nice, the water warm, and the TV worked. The air conditioning was extremely cold, and everything was clean. The staff were nice and helpful, so not much to complain about. They could provide more toilet paper. Breakfast wasn't great, but it did the job. Minibar items were too expensive, about three times the price.

The room was tidied every day, which we appreciated, and the hotel was very clean with great facilities. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast service, though, was extremely disappointing. The woman working there never replied when we greeted her in the morning and always seemed angry. When we asked how to use the coffee machine, she looked very unpleasant and didn't even turn it on. Breakfast was meant to start at 7:00 AM on our first day, but she didn't open the restaurant until 7:20. She was easily the worst service staff we met in Thailand.

The area around the hotel is a bit crowded, and it's not on the main road. The room surprised me, it was nice, modern and large. Breakfast was wow, home taste, with lots of traditional, delicious choices. The front desk service was good, with smiles and professional manners. Pa Yu, the kitchen staff member who also serves breakfast, was so kind. I really liked the service here so much 🤍
