Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri Hotel

The suite was far beyond what we expected: a big kitchen, oversized bathroom, dressing area and office, spacious layout and incredible views over Bangkok. Check-in was fast, and the hotel was very organized, with attentive staff helping with luggage and arrivals. Its grand, intriguing foyer gives a sense of something special as soon as you walk in. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms we've seen, with plenty of space and state-of-the-art machines. There's also a family floor with video games and comfortable lounges. I'd recommend exploring the hotel and its sister property next door, there are lots of hidden gems. The pool was the main letdown, which is why I couldn't give five stars. Food arrived cold, and the water was freezing, even though the pool atmosphere and views were spectacular. The two supposed hot tubs aren't actually hot. For a proper hot soak, go to the sauna area, where the real hot tub is. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide, well-prepared mix of Asian and Western food, and worth including in the room rate. The hotel offers luxury, comfort and thoughtful amenities in a prime Bangkok location.

We stayed seven nights after arriving in Bangkok from Canada, and the service, quality and cleanliness were better than we expected. With our two young children, having a separate, fully enclosed bedroom with another bed and kitchen area in room 2205 made things comfortable, calm and spacious. The washing machine was especially useful with kids, and the restaurant had high chairs. The facilities felt like a condo with hotel services. We loved the restaurant, pool and full-service spa, especially the classic Thai massage. The toddler and baby really enjoyed the playground and playroom, which we appreciated while smog kept us from going outside. The location was close to everything we needed. We'd recommend it to families visiting Bangkok.

The apartment-style room was roomy for two, with a mini kitchen and dining space, and the bathroom was comfortable. The shower pressure was weaker than I'd expect at a hotel of this standard. I stayed three nights in early January 2026 with my bff in room 2102, a grand deluxe at Grande Centre Point Hotel Ratchadamri. The hotel itself looked beautiful and had a pleasant atmosphere. Getting Grab for rides or food delivery was easy. Breakfast was okay, with Thai and international choices, though it leaned heavily Chinese and felt repetitive over the three days. We’d hoped for more variety. It was a good stay.

We really enjoyed our time at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri. The staff took care of every question and request, and when we had an early flight they packed us a lovely breakfast that was fresh, hygienic, and clearly prepared with thought. Traveling with a baby, we appreciated the washing machine and microwave in the spacious room, and the comfortable bed and Bangkok views were great too. There’s a playroom for kids, and the location worked well for us, near Lumphini park, CentralWorld and a BTS station for getting around quickly. We had the best time and would warmly recommend it.
