Grannylla Residence Charoenkrung

The location is very good and the apartment is nice, but it wasn't worth staying there. Most residents seem to be young Asian foreigners, and they can be noisy. There's limited parking for bikes and cars. The water pump and lights often break, and the landlord doesn't get them fixed quickly or seem to care.

I picked this place a little farther from the road because I wanted to avoid the morning traffic, and the nights are quiet. On weekends I can rest my ears from the cars, only to hear the cleaning lady talking loudly outside my room. Her voice echoes inside because the room isn't soundproof. She and the others kept talking for ages, then stopped at last. Auntie, could you ask them to lower their voices?

It was meant to be a quiet, restful area, but the cleaning lady was yelling and screaming and making so much noise, as if we'd never spoken before. Her attitude was awful, and the service was terrible. Absolutely awful experience.

A staff member in the room spoke to customers as though she owned the place and we were staying for free. When the washing machine broke, she told us, "You have to check it yourself. Why would you wear clothes if it's broken?" That kind of response showed no customer service mindset at all. I wouldn't recommend the place.
