Passa Hotel Bangkok

Passa Hotel’s team made the stay special, especially Kiki at reception, who went out of her way to make things smooth and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about guests. I was there for six nights and slept wonderfully on a very comfortable mattress. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, in perfect condition, and had a lovely view. A birthday cake with a candle was waiting for me, such a thoughtful surprise. The Silom location is central but tucked away on a peaceful side street, so you get city life and a bit of quiet. The intimate pool area is beautifully done, with a relaxing jacuzzi function, and was a nice place to unwind after exploring Bangkok. Passa Hotel is a luxurious boutique hotel with real attention to service, comfort, and detail. I’d happily return and highly recommend it.

As a solo woman traveling, I felt completely safe at Passa Hotel and on the streets around it. Even walking outside at 10 pm felt fine. It’s on a quieter street just around the corner from a busy main road with everything you need, and it’s close to the Metro and BTS. There are food markets nearby, and the hotel food was really tasty too. It costs more than street food, of course, but I thought the price was reasonable for the quality. The staff were incredibly nice and spoke very good English. My room felt humid at first, but the AC worked wonders and I slept really well. I was out most of the day, so I didn’t check out the pool. I did try the bar, though, and wow, those drinks may be the best I’ve ever had. The security guard was always helpful and smiling, and took care of a very cute cat that came around mostly in the early mornings. I had a fantastic stay. Lumpini Park is right nearby if you want to keep up your fitness routine, and the public transport connections are good. There are plenty of shopping centers, food stalls, and restaurants close at hand, yet the hotel is still away from the bustle. The staff and service were especially friendly. A great way to finish our vacation.

Kiki and the team were knowledgeable, welcoming, and always ready to help. The morning security guard was especially polite and charming. I had an excellent stay and will definitely return. Thank you for such a good visit.
