Pimmy at reception was especially helpful when I needed a hand with things, and if you're nice, you might even get an upgrade 😜. The staff were friendly, the pool view was great, and the hotel is in a great spot near the MRT. A really nice place to stay in BKK.

I've stayed here twice, and both times the workers were very kind and gave me options. The woman on the morning reception shift was especially helpful about holding my luggage. The rooms are clean and huge, breakfast is good, the location is great, and for what I paid it was perfect. There's also a rooftop pool with views. I don't get the complaints about the 1,000 baht deposit. If you travel in Thailand, you'll know that's normal at hotels generally, not just this one. Thanks for everything 🙏. I can't wait to come back soon ☺️.

The hotel is in a reasonable location, and check-in was quick. I had to bring 1,000 baht in cash for the deposit. It could use some freshening up, and the reception staff weren't always very friendly or helpful. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable. The pool area had neither towels nor staff around, even during the posted hours, including at the pool bar.

The train station is right outside, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so getting around Bangkok was easy. Breakfast was simple and quite nice. But the service spoiled the stay for me. I'd booked one large bed as a solo traveller, but was given a room with two singles when I checked in late at night. They said it was too late to change the room or bedding and promised to sort it out the next day. Instead, they just pushed the beds together. There was still a noticeable gap, and they didn't provide fresh linen. When I complained, one female receptionist was dismissive and basically said, "it is what it is." There weren't any hand towels in the room, and you had to pay extra for requests like another pillow. Because of the service, especially that staff member's attitude, I wouldn't return even though the location is a big plus. There are better options nearby. I know because I checked out after three days and moved to the Furama Silom, where the rooms and breakfast were excellent and the staff genuinely friendly.
