Hope Land Hotel Sukhumvit 24

My girlfriend was really disappointed as soon as she first saw the room. The L-shaped layout felt bizarre, with the wardrobe and fridge off to the side. For two occupants, they provided only one small tube each of shampoo and body shampoo, so I had to go down to the lobby to get an extra body shampoo tube. I don’t understand why they still have a bathtub when the shower handle is fixed at such an uncomfortable height. The hotel is rated 3 star, but I can’t believe it. I’d rate it 1 star, worse than any budget hotel. The customer reviews are already very low, at 3.3. Travelers, don’t book or stay here. There are many good hotels around the area. I don’t want to hear feedback or improvement explanations from management, despite all the customer dissatisfaction reviews.

Very disappointing. I chose this hotel for the pool and was really looking forward to getting in, then at check-in they told me it was under renovation. There was no information about that on Agoda or Booking.com. The rooms need renovation too.

I stayed five days in a studio type room, and it’s perfect for a longer stay. There’s a large fridge with freezer, bath tub, kitchen, safety box, gym, pool, and a laundry machine for 80THB/time. Fuji Japanese supermarket is near the hotel. I’ll be back.

The room wasn’t new, and you can see the place needs improvement.
