We spent about 11 days here over the New Year period. The kids had a little playroom, and we enjoyed the lovely pool and good range of breakfast choices. It was easy to get around, with a hotel shuttle to the BTS station or about a five-minute walk. Every staff member was so friendly.

We stayed five nights. The nearest 7-11 was 50 meters away, and the BTS station was 400 meters away. It’s a quieter neighborhood than the area closer to the centre, but still has a pleasant bit of activity. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, and the rooms were bigger than at similar hotels nearer the centre. Breakfast was in keeping with the room price.

I ended up booking three days in the hotel, including one night directly with them, because I wasn't sure if midnight check-in was possible. Trip.com or Agoda seemed to show that it was an option. I’d originally booked after midnight for two days and thought I could check in around 1am, then leave Tuesday instead of Wednesday, the actual checkout day. I'd managed something like that at another hotel, where the staff were helpful, so I assumed I could ask here too. At reception, two women weren't friendly or interested in talking with me. One wore a mask and kept repeating that I couldn't check in then, without trying to help me understand. The other did offer a way forward, but neither smiled. She said I could check in if I paid 1800 baht cash for one night. I agreed to pay, but wished they'd explained the situation or helped me in a kinder way.

The breakfast was better than I expected, and there are surprisingly good food options around the area. I compared them with On Nut, and this is a good location. The facilities are great, and the pool has smaller sections that work well for kids and families. I stayed in a Standard Room on 24/F. It felt spacious and modern, but I don't understand why there's no screen door in the bathroom. It gets too wet and slippery after a shower.
