Icon Narindra Suites Hotel

The staff treated us like royalty, and the refurbished rooms had every amenity we needed. They’d bring Grab food orders up to the room, and the minibar was free and replenished daily. The location is prime, and the tuk tuk driver was always ready to take us to the main road without a wait. We’ll definitely return to Icon Narindra. Thanks to all the staff.

What stayed with me most was the service from everyone at Icon Narindra. The security staff, housekeepers, receptionists, and managers were warm and attentive every time we left or came back. They’d offer to help with our luggage, though I prefer carrying my own, partly because I figure I should manage whatever I pack. The housekeepers were so polite they wouldn’t share the lift with guests unless I insisted. On three occasions, someone noticed I was carrying a small bag of rubbish and offered to dispose of it. The manager, a slim, beautiful lady, personally showed us to our room and explained the facilities. Reception staff from both shifts greeted my wife and me cheerfully and offered adaptors, housekeeping, or the complimentary in-house tuk tuk. That on-demand ride never let us down. The security officer also drove it. He was courteous and looked stern, but was always smiling when called. Once, while he was on a meal break, we asked for a ride. He stopped his coffee right away, so we had to insist he finish eating first. He took only three minutes to finish it and then said he was ready. I felt bad for interrupting his break. On our last day, the hotel manager, a slim, handsome gentleman who had worked in Singapore, gave my wife chocolates for her birthday. It was a lovely gesture. I can’t understand how the team manages such genuine, heartfelt service from every person. The management has done a fantastic job with service training. Our room was spacious and clean, the pool was small but had a nice view, and there was a decent little gym. I only used it once because shopping and eating left me too tired. Check-in and checkout were efficient and fuss-free. With service like this, I could overlook anything else. My wife and I had a great stay, and for me the hotel was perfect. Thank you to every member of staff at Icon Narindra. We’ll come back next time with the whole family.

The room was roomy, quiet, and very clean. Everyone we dealt with, from the manager and reception to room service and the cart driver to the BTS, was exceptionally kind. I’ve spent my career in hospitality, and I can tell when people enjoy their work. A lovely discovery and a great experience!

My room was big and had a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and washing machine. There’s also a pool, sauna, and small weight room on the top floor, and the neighborhood is very quiet. The staff went out of their way to help whenever I saw them.
