Iconic Suite (Sha Certified)

The front desk and housekeeping were very helpful, and the location is handy, close to Chatuchak Market and right beside a 7-11. In my room, the doorbell didn’t work, and the shower pressure was weak. The rain shower only worked in the middle.

The housekeeping team and front desk gave excellent service, but the room was dusty, especially around the headboard. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery, the tissue paper was poor quality, and the shower stayed very cold even after I adjusted the temperature. The makeup mirror was also set too high.

I called the hotel early in the morning from the bus station to ask if I could check in then. Reception said yes and quoted 1250, so I took a taxi. It drove around for a while before I got to the hotel, where they refused to let me check in. I reminded the man I’d called, and he said I was late and would now have to pay an early check-in fee. I explained the taxi had taken me around, and he said he’d forgotten to mention the extra fee. I went to the hotel across the street and checked in without a fee. Very disappointed by what felt like a bait and switch. Avoid this hotel.

I stayed two nights. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. There’s a 7-11 within walking distance and taxis make it easy to get around. I’d stay here again.
