The delay at check-in set the tone. We arrived at 13:30 expecting to get in at the time stated on our reservation, but none of our four rooms were ready until 15:30. We stayed four nights, and in some rooms the maids forgot towels and toiletries. Cleaning often needed supervision, and our rooms weren't serviced until late, probably because they were short-staffed. At breakfast the next morning, we waited half an hour because our rooms weren't on the list. The front office and F&B clearly weren't communicating. We also had to ask the waitress to refill the coffee machine's water every time we ate. There were problems with the rooms too. The Junior suite AC stayed at 19 degrees and couldn't be adjusted. When we checked out, staff said everything was fine, despite missing towels and glasses in some rooms and one of us having left an iPad behind. It made me wonder why they take a 3,000 THB damage deposit. For a hotel of this calibre, the service across departments was disappointing. The owners may know about it, but perhaps they’re content with cheap rates for large tour groups who won’t complain, or they don’t come by to inspect the hotel. I've stayed at other hotels around Pratunam, and this was by far the most disappointing. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it.

We stayed four nights as a family. I picked this hotel for its good location, and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and well maintained, though the design and interior felt quite old. On the third night, the toilet light started flickering. A technician fixed it that same day, but it still affected my impression. The website said one bed would be king size, but it was queen size.

The hotel is cheap and well positioned, and the place is old but clean. Breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly, though they don't seem very experienced. Still, the whole place has a Faulty Towers vibe. I asked for a shower cap and an electrician was sent to my room. There were room problems from the start: they checked me into an unclean room with broken AC, then moved me to one with a broken safe and a toilet door that wouldn't shut. The TV was unwatchable because the screen was scratched, as if someone had cleaned it with a wire brush. Room service also doesn't always leave toiletries. Some of the setup makes little sense. The luggage scales are on level 12, but guests on other floors can't get to that floor, and you have to pay to weigh your bags. You enter on the Lower level but check in on level 4. Parking is supposedly free, but you can only enter and leave between 8 am and 8 pm. At other times you have to park across the street and pay.

The pool is large and the pool area is a lovely spot to unwind. Our room was spacious and clean, and the hotel has beautiful traditional Thai decor. It’s very well located and good value for the money. Highly recommended.
