I ended up being charged without being allowed to stay. I first booked, then cancelled because the hotel was too far away, and only afterward noticed the booking wasn't refundable. I told them I'd stay after all, but they refused and kept my money. The service felt stuck in an old way of thinking, and I found it both poor and unethical. Be careful. By the way,

The security guard at the entrance lets large, angry dogs loose without leashes, even when you're only walking past.
