The room itself was acceptably clean, but there was no soundproofing. I could hear people passing gas, and the noise from guests going upstairs to the second floor kept waking me up. I put up with it for four nights and asked the housekeeper to clean each day, since I was paying by the day and expected regular cleaning. But the sheets, pillowcases, and blankets were changed only every other day. If I’m paying for the room daily, why can’t they be changed or washed every day? For 550 baht, there should at least be a kettle in the room.

The room was spacious, clean overall, and had working air conditioning. There’s parking right in front of the apartment. I arrived at 9:30 PM on a Friday, when every room was full and the cheaper rooms were already gone, so I had to stay here. It was okay, but traffic can be terrible if you travel early in the morning or late in the day, so be prepared to wait. I’ll book ahead next time. Two stars for now.

For 580 baht, the room was okay and the quality acceptable, but the service was terrible. The air conditioner was noisy, and I couldn’t lock the window at the front of the room. When I asked to switch rooms, they told me, “If you’re not comfortable with that, go stay somewhere else. Changing rooms is a hassle.” Is that how hotel service is supposed to be? If you don’t absolutely need to stay in this area, I’d look elsewhere. There are plenty of options 500 meters farther down the road.

The room was nice and worth the price, but the owner’s attitude and the way they speak to people are awful. I’m surprised they’ve stayed in business this long. I hope they keep being rude, maybe someday something good will come their way.
