I was on a tight budget, and this is the best hotel I've found so far. I arrived at another hotel, decided to leave that same night, and came across this one. The receptionist was polite and kind, and helped me when I needed to print something. The room was huge, with a heated shower, body gel, shampoo, hair dryer, fridge, Wi-Fi, TV, and a table for working on a laptop. I booked two nights and would rate the room 10/10. The location felt very safe, with a convenience store and food stalls nearby. I usually bought Pad Kra Pao Moo and Pad Thai. I paid 1,200 baht per night, plus a 500 baht deposit that was returned at checkout, and 500 baht for early check-in. I think it was the lowest price in the area, so I felt lucky to find it. If I return to Bangkok, I'll definitely book here again.

A straightforward, simple hotel that worked well for our short stay. The location depends on your plans, but it suited us for sightseeing and drinks at nearby bars. Our room was clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed. It was completely dark and quiet at night. Staff were friendly, and check-in and checkout were smooth :)

The family room was very clean, the cleanest I've stayed in so far in Bangkok. The front desk manager was friendly and accommodating. This is my favorite hotel in the city, and I'll definitely stay here again.

A bad experience. The staff were uncooperative, and the arrangements made little sense. Our check-in was at 8:30am and checkout at 11:30am, giving us only three hours in the morning. The third person wasn't staying, just dropping off the luggage, but was not allowed in. We wanted to explain the situation to the owner, and that request was flatly refused.

The room was huge, and the receptionists were friendly. Talad Neon Night Market is about a five-minute walk away, with a 7 Eleven, travel agent office, and stalls nearby too. Chit Lom BTS takes around 10-15 minutes to reach on foot. The area does get a little quiet at night.
