Masters Suites A Boutique Hotel

The room had a bad smell as soon as I walked in, and outside noise came through because the soundproofing was poor. The staff also communicated in an inappropriate way and didn’t seem professional or service-minded. The elevator wasn’t working, but nobody told us or called ahead, so we only found out after arriving and had to take the emergency stairs. The fire exit area was blocked by equipment and other items, which felt like a safety concern.

Right in the middle of nana, this was a nice place to stay. The hotel is above a storefront, and everyone working at the establishments was great. The room was just as advertised and had plenty of amenities. I kept the do not disturb sign up while I was out, but they still left fresh towels, tea, coffee, and other things in a bag on the door handle.

Coming from ambassador hotel, I didn’t feel lost here. It was good value, with decent air conditioning and a bathroom, plus a nice bed.

The receptionist and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful that my family and I felt at home. The hotel was clean and in a good location. We’ll come back next time.
