The location could be better, but the service made the stay easy to enjoy. There’s a shuttle to the nearest metro station, and everything ran smoothly. The staff were very attentive: they carried my luggage and walked me to the elevator after check-in, which left a great impression. My room was quiet, comfortable, beautifully done, and well equipped. The pool and gym were great extras.

The room was spacious and clean, and the reception staff were really kind. We used the free MRT shuttle every day. The food was good, though there wasn’t much choice for anyone who prefers a sweet breakfast. People in the room next door were very noisy at night, so we struggled to sleep. Still, I’d recommend staying here 😊

The pool and gym were in good shape, especially for the price, and I had a very enjoyable stay. My room was clean and tidy, with unusual decor. One small improvement: it’d be handy to have towels by the pool and gym, so guests don’t have to ask reception for them.

Pat ha was so friendly and arranged a room away from the street, which made it wonderfully peaceful. The reception team and bellboys were attentive too. We liked our stay enough to plan another one after Koh Phi Phi, and we’ll be back next year. The bed was incredibly soft, so we slept well, and the hotel is easy to reach thanks to its tuk-tuk shuttle to the MRT. Breakfast was delicious. We were out exploring and got back late, so didn’t try dinner.
