So good Hotel Bangkok (SHA Certified)

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in anywhere. Please read this carefully and don't stay here. There were small yellow bugs flying in our room, plus little black bugs on the bathroom mat. At 4:00 in the morning, they called us, then the receptionist knocked and told me to come downstairs because the payment wasn't showing. I showed him the reservation confirmation proving it had been paid, and he apologized, but the misunderstanding still kept me waiting for 20 minutes at that hour. At checkout, the old manager said the sheets were dirty and threatened a fine of hundreds of baht. I refused because the stain was tiny and easy to wash. He shouted “Sit down!” and treated me badly in front of my wife. I held back so she wouldn't be scared. I hope my wife prays... To end the argument, I accepted the amount they asked for and paid. I've never felt so humiliated. Never go here!

The sheets had what looked like lube or some other suspicious liquid on them when I checked in. I took a photo and reported it at reception, but the man there blamed me for the mess, even though I'd just arrived. The staff, especially the men at the desk, were unfriendly and dismissive from the start, and made me feel unwelcome. The dirt and rude, unprofessional treatment made this one of my worst hotel stays. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

The older staff member had a terrible attitude. I arrived at 1pm and was asked whether I'd accept a shower room instead of the bath room I'd booked, or wait until my room was ready. When I came back to check in at 14:30, they suddenly wanted me to wait another two hours. They didn't even apologize. The website policy says 1400pm❌

There's a small meeting hall available, and the reception and service are good.
