The dining area was charming and calm, so meals felt relaxed. I also liked the seating: it was arranged to feel quiet and cozy, with some privacy while still leaving the space open and airy. The lobby and lounges were spacious and comfortable, decorated with flowers and soft lighting, and nice for relaxing or meeting friends. Everything was clean and well maintained, from the polished floors to the furniture and décor. The interior has elegant, classic styling, with wooden details that give it a warm, welcoming feel. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and was impressed by the attention to detail. I had a wonderful time here and would happily return. I’d recommend it to anyone after a pleasant, classy, memorable stay.

I was surprised to see such low ratings because I thought this place was perfect. The pool, gym, sauna, and steam room are great extras, and the rooms have plenty of space. Everyone working there was lovely. The location worked well for me, and Krung Thai Bistro next door is worth a visit. I especially recommend the Pad Thai and banana smoothies.

The rooftop pool was lovely and well cared for, with clean towels always available. Inside, both the room and hotel were tidy, and the staff were so kind they even brought our suitcases upstairs. The old wooden hallway gives the place a fun retro feel, and the plastic flowers and plants are still cute. Good value, too, and the staff helped sort out the uncomfortable single beds.

The people working here were the best part of my stay, so kind and lovely. The room was spacious and clean, with hot water and a few toiletries, though it felt dim and could use better lighting to make it more welcoming. Breakfast was only okay, with limited choices. They should replace the coffee machine and have more staff on hand to help guests. It was a pleasant stay overall, but the hotel needs quite a few improvements.
