We came to Bangkok with our daughter for medical treatment and stayed seven nights in a two-bedroom apartment at Avatar residence, then extended for another five. The location was very convenient, near Arab street, so finding food at any time of day was easy. There was always a taxi outside when we needed to go somewhere. The apartment had a very nice view and all the kitchen amenities we might need. It was fairly clean, though it could have been better. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was a bit small but very functional. The place itself was nice, with friendly staff and a very helpful manager. Thanks to all the helpful staff and guards for their assistance during our stay, and a big thanks to the very nice manager Mr. Ashish.

I stayed for over a month and felt safe. It’s a quiet spot, while the livelier area, shops, and restaurants are just a short walk away. Nana train station is the closest. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the price isn’t cheap but is reasonable. Staff are helpful, so I’d recommend it for short or long stays. The swimming pool and gym are a bit small, and the gym needs maintenance.

Nice, quiet apartments for a vacation with your partner, and the price is very reasonable. Service was excellent. I’m giving four stars because I found the beds too hard to sleep on.

The rooftop is spacious, and the staff are nice. You’re very close to the BTS, 7/11, cafes, and nightlife spots. The building is in rather poor condition, though, with no gym and a lackluster pool.

We rented a two-bedroom apartment for a month for 2500 bhat a night, a great price. It had a hall, mini kitchen, and washing machine. The place is quiet, with a small gym and swimming pool, and it’s close to an ATM and supermarket. The managers and security guards were very friendly.
