Must Sea Hotel

The room is super clean and the interiors look new, but the building literally shakes every few minutes while I'm staying here. I'm not sure I'll be able to sleep tonight. Glad I only booked one night! It's on a main road, so traffic noise and sirens come through from outside. The bathroom layout seems designed for efficiency, but the shower area feels a bit claustrophobic.

The staff were lovely, and we used the free tuk tuk service. They also have complimentary tea, coffee, and bakery items in the lobby, which is nice. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the train line into central Bangkok. Our room was clean and spacious. Just be aware that rooms facing the main road can be loud. It didn't really bother us overnight since we're not light sleepers.

Pew and the cleaner whose name I forgot were both kind, attentive, and happy to help. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and everything seemed well looked after. We had a great stay and would happily recommend the place.

I left and moved to another hotel because I no longer felt safe here. The incident left me frightened and distressed, and I lost all trust in the hotel’s ability to protect guest information. I hope management takes this seriously and puts firm safeguards in place so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. At check-in, I told the female front-desk staff member wearing glasses that I was being chased and needed a room urgently for my safety. Two female staff members saw how anxiously I hurried upstairs with my luggage. Even after hearing about my safety concern, hotel staff later gave a third party my booking information, including my full name and dates of stay, without my permission. That person then contacted me directly and knew exactly which hotel I was staying at. I consider this a serious breach of Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and a major failure to protect guest confidentiality. This was not a minor mistake, especially after I had explained the danger I was facing.
