I don’t really get the 4.8 stars. The staff were good, the AC worked well, and they replaced the water in my room daily, often leaving several bottles, which I appreciated. It’s cheap, right by the metro, and Chinatown is a short walk away. But the place feels run down and a bit grimy, more like a step up from a hostel. The outside noise comes through loudly, with very little soundproofing. My room was small and badly laid out, with the bed partly blocking the bathroom door, so it wouldn’t work well for two people. There’s no headboard either, which turned out to be surprisingly annoying. It’s a decent option if a low price matters more than a worn-down place. If you want a bit more luxury, look elsewhere. It’s not awful, just not great.

The room was smallish but very clean and smelled fresh. Room service cleaned it and changed all the towels every day. Breakfast was a free single menu, with coffee each morning. Getting around was easy: Hua Lamphong's MRT station is just 15 meters away, there’s a 7-Eleven across the road, and the Chinatown night food stalls are only 50 meters away. Banthat Thong Rd. is about a 10-minute walk. A great place to stay if you want somewhere less hectic but still close to transport and places to eat. Highly recommended.

Just an okay stay. The room was very basic, and the price felt high for what you get.

We could easily walk to China Town, and the MRT is right beside the hotel, so getting to other places was simple. The room was pretty small and the furnishings weren’t very good, but the staff’s service helped make up for that. They also let us check in early without charging extra.
