The room's location was handy enough, with a 7/11 and restaurants next door and the metro about a five-minute walk away. The hotel itself didn't leave much of an impression. Staff were just neutral, and the facilities didn't seem especially interesting. The room had plenty of English-language channels, but the TV felt far too small for the room and its smart features didn't work. What I really liked was the Jacuzzi suite, especially having a Jacuzzi right in my room. It made for a great experience for the price. The air conditioning was very loud, though, and that took away from the stay. After a few days it got pretty annoying. We'd still recommend staying here if noisy AC isn't a dealbreaker. We liked it despite that.

There was no safety for life or property. I'm describing what actually happened to me, and a serious mistake like this shouldn't happen in the hotel business.

The room was spacious, and the Wi-Fi was okay once I complained. Near the subway, there's a traditional market with lots of healthy food to choose from.

There's plenty of street food and several 7-Eleven outlets nearby, and the metro is only a four-minute walk away. I liked the breakfast, especially the options suited to continental tastes. The rooms, service, and amenities were all great, making this an excellent hotel in central Bangkok.

The staff are really friendly, and there's a market close by with lots of different food at reasonable prices. The hotel is also near Suthisan station, which makes getting to popular places convenient. They don't offer laundry service here, though. ㅠㅠ
