We booked a month ahead for early February and paid about 9.1k bahts for two rooms for four people over 4D3N, roughly 760B per person per day. It was a good price for such a central hotel, and there were no surprise charges. Getting around takes a little planning. Ratchathewi BTS is about 500m away, and the hotel sits roughly 400m down a small alley from the main road. That keeps it quiet and away from the construction noise, with local food, 7-eleven stores, and a market nearby. Construction along the road is expected to continue until around 2030, so traffic can be rough. I’d use a grab bike or BTS instead of a car or taxi at busy times. From Suvarnabhumi, the Airport Rail Link to Phaya Thai, then the skywalk to BTS and a ride to Ratchathewi, followed by a 10 min walk, was an affordable route at about 50 bahts/person for 25km and took roughly an hour, saving time compared with taxis or grab cars. Our room was clean, though smaller than I expected for the 28m2 room with a balcony. If you're staying as a couple, I’d choose the balcony room: it feels airier, gives you space to dry clothes, and costs only a little more. It had a mini fridge, mini locker, LCD TV with free Netflix, clothes rack rather than a full wardrobe, a strong hair dryer, and basic toiletries. The sink being separate from the toilet and shower was especially handy and felt more hygienic when sharing. The main drawback was soundproofing. We could hear hallway noise, and a busy floor could be loud at night, though ours stayed quiet despite being fully booked. My room, 415, had an awkward layout where people in the corridor could see the balcony area, so privacy was a bit limited. Keep that in mind when booking. Downstairs there’s a small restaurant, plus a coffee counter on the 1st floor for coffee or a quick meal. There’s also a small, clean pool, though I rarely saw anyone use it. No iron in the room, but reception lends one free of charge. Everyone we met, from the security guards to the receptionists and janitors, was friendly and helpful. They quickly brought an iron and room slippers when I asked, and suggested nearby shops and currency exchange places. Their English was pretty good, so communication was easy. Good value and a pleasant stay.

There’s plenty of good local street food around, and 7/11 shops seem to be on almost every street corner. The hotel was also close to the attractions we wanted to see. The room was spacious and never felt cramped. It had a fridge and a spot to work, and came with the essentials, including toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer. The showers were great, too. Everything was very clean, and the staff were attentive, kind, helpful, and considerate. I had a great time and would definitely book again when I return to Bangkok.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms and amenities felt practically brand new. I slept well on the comfortable bed with soft linen, and the shower had good pressure. The hotel is close to the BTS, which is handy, though there aren't many bars or restaurants nearby. I haven't given the fifth star because the pool advertising gives the wrong impression. It isn't really a pool, just a large bathtub in a shaded car park. The photos make it look like more than it is.

The restaurants at the property were really good, and there’s a nice-sized pool. It’s a good spot if you need to be near the airport, but far enough away that the planes aren't audible. A night market and stores are within walking distance.

Everything was spotless, and the hotel is brand new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s in a quiet little alley, with a major shopping center nearby, including Siam and MBK, and public transport within walking distance. The one thing missing was a bar to hang clothes on.
