Everything looked just like the photos. The hotel is freshly renovated and very nice, with clean rooms, fresh linens and towels, and a comfortable bed. The friendly staff deserve special thanks, especially administrator Risa, who kindly let us leave our luggage for the whole day so we could explore Bangkok comfortably before departure. There’s a small, pleasant rooftop pool with towels provided. Great location close to BTS, with a 7-Eleven nearby. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Citichic Hotel Bangkok has started on a very pleasant note. Risa welcomed us warmly and spoke so gently that we felt comfortable right away. Since our room was ready, she helped us check in early, which we really appreciated. When the room key didn’t work, she sorted it out immediately. Thanks, Risa, for the warm hospitality and great service so far.

My room was kept clean each day, and both the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly. I’d asked ahead for a quiet room and got exactly that. Thanks to the CitiChic Hotel team for being so helpful, friendly, and professional. I was glad I picked it for my week in Bangkok. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the BTS, and for the price it felt like very good value, with clean, welcoming accommodation.

There’s no restaurant in the hotel, but plenty of places to eat within walking distance. It’s in a lively spot near the BTS and right by a party street, so traffic can be rough. Bike taxis or the BTS are lifesavers. The room layout worked really well for me, and everything felt fresh, new, and clean. The staff were especially kind. Fang helped me check out in under a minute when I was running late for my flight, and was helpful throughout my stay too.
