Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong

The staff were warm and helpful throughout my stay, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and I enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace with its city views. The gym isn’t very large, but it’s well equipped and fine for a workout while traveling. Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong has a fresh, energetic feel, with a modern style that’s a bit different from a typical business hotel. It’s right in central Bangkok, close to malls, restaurants, and public transport. I’d happily stay here again.

The lobby and bar have a lively, social feel without being too much, and the rooms are thoughtfully laid out with what you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel mixes modern design and comfort well. Staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, and everything was impeccably clean. It’s easy to get around the city from here, with public transport and nearby attractions accessible. For the value, comfort, and overall experience, Moxy Bangkok went beyond what we expected. We’d stay again on our next Bangkok trip.

We were especially glad to get an early check-in, which meant we could settle in and start our vacation straight away. The warm smiles, thoughtful help, and genuine care from Kyla, Nat and Elena made a real difference. The hotel has a playful, creative atmosphere, and the team made us feel at home from the minute we walked into the lobby. Everything felt personal and easy, with lots of energy that seemed to fit Bangkok. Thanks to everyone for such a memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

The location is great, and the rooftop bar more than made up for there being no swimming pool. I booked a room with a living room so my brother could sleep on the sofa. After a ten-hour flight, I asked reception about checking in early, and they kindly let me in at 10 a.m. I was speechless at how well the staff looked after me. Kae, Tony and Elena went above and beyond. I love this hotel and will definitely come back to see Kae.
