It’s a handy guesthouse for tourists who want to shop, between Siam Paragon and Pratunam. There’s a traditional market nearby, along with a 7-Eleven and lots of street stalls selling fruit. Our room and bathroom were clean, and there’s also a parking building. The housekeeper helped us a lot, even though she unfortunately doesn’t speak English. We’d like to stay again next time, thank you.

We were five people staying in My home N1, Block A, on the 3rd floor. The room and toilet were very clean, and the stairs suit the building’s classic style. We appreciated having a washing machine and dryer, which cost 50 baht per use. The owner was very friendly and kind to us. There’s an elevator, but it’s slow and a bit rickety. It seems best for luggage, since taking the stairs might be quicker. Thanks so much, and hope to see you again. Please remember our discount next time 😂😂, just for fun, lol. Sorry I didn’t take any pictures.

The location is a 10/10, with lots to do nearby and Ratchathewi station just five minutes away. But the room has no windows at all, and it’s on the fourth floor with no lift. Definitely skip it if you’re carrying heavy luggage or a lot of bags. There’s a nice TV that I connected my laptop to, which was useful. Still, at 1,000 baht or more a night, it’s not worth the price. You can find better.

My room at The My Home N1 was disappointing. The shower leaked badly, and the tiny window couldn’t be opened, so the room felt closed in. The online photos made it look much nicer than it was. The place also felt impersonal. Guests and staff rarely spoke, and even a simple greeting was often missing. There are three buildings, and once I waited around 30 minutes at reception without seeing a check-in or getting help. The doors have heavy closers and need a strong push. At night, people coming and going could be noisy, and one time guests who’d been drinking disturbed things while going up and down the stairs. With better communication, upkeep, and a few practical room improvements, this place could offer a much better stay. The location may suit some travelers, but my own experience wasn’t ideal.

Very close to Ratchatewi BTS, a 7-Eleven, coffee shops, and other places. The room was clean and comfortable, with strong, quiet air-conditioning and a microwave. The bathroom was tiny but fine. Laundry and a kitchen are available downstairs, and staff can help you use them. There’s no lift.
