The service is what really sets Aman Bangkok apart. The team were gracious and warm at every outlet, and being addressed by name throughout our stay made things feel personal. It all began at 06:30, when Khun Ted, General Manager, and the Director of Rooms greeted us in person. That welcome set the tone for a memorable visit. Our room was serene and beautifully put together, with thoughtful design and quiet luxury. Housekeeping was precise and discreet. We began eating at Hiori, where the teppanyaki dinner had a lovely balance of food and service. The next day's afternoon tea had an impressive selection of savory and sweet bites. At Arva on our second evening, dinner felt sophisticated but still approachable. I especially liked the champagne and wine choices, and the tiramisu was a perfect finish. A calm retreat right in the city. Highly recommended.

I also enjoyed the pool and wellness facilities, which were ideal for unwinding after time out in the city. Staff were warm, professional, and ready to help throughout our stay. A luxurious experience, and one I'd recommend to anyone seeking comfort, calm, and attentive service in Bangkok.

I came in recently for Hertitude’s body treatments and vitamin drip. The view was gorgeous, and the relaxation felt unreal. I've known this place since its Swissotel Park Nai Lert days, so its transformation into such a refined, peaceful escape feels sentimental. The old Park Nai Lert grounds are still magical, with big shady trees and a calm energy. Service is immaculate, professional yet warm, and the staff really make me feel looked after. Samantao café is a sweet little spot for easy Thai-style breakfasts and snacks. The Italian restaurant is superb too, especially its unique affogato presentation. I fell in love with it.

The visit to Nai Lert Park Heritage Home was a highlight. We learned about the Lert family and their contributions to Thailand, and got a better sense of the building and garden's distinctive character. We stayed for two nights last week, and the experience was impressive throughout. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the service felt personal and warm. We also enjoyed the food, especially a delicious teppanyaki dinner and an excellent breakfast.
