The rooms are clean and reasonably quiet, and the staff are very friendly. For the location, it offers good value. Though advertised as a three-star hotel, it feels more like a two-star place.

To the owner: I booked and paid through Agoda for a single-bed room, but when I called the hotel, the woman who answered was impolite and unprofessional. She said only twin beds were available. I asked if they could be pushed together and if someone could help set them up. She said there was no extra service or bedding, and that I should do it myself. Please train staff to speak to customers more politely and gently. And if single-bed rooms aren't available, remove that option from the Agoda listing. Thank you.

It's about a 15-minute walk to the BTS station from this hotel off the main road in Thong Lo. The price is very good, and reception staff were friendly. The room was on the small side but clean, with a comfy bed and a very hot shower. The air con worked well, though it made some noise at times, only a minor issue. There are lots of bars, restaurants, and massage shops nearby in this lively area. Free coffee and two bottles of water were provided.

Awful service and hotel. The rooms smelled bad, and there was no soap. We asked the administrator what time checkout was and were told 3 PM, so we stayed until then. When it was time to leave, they charged us another 300 baht, saying checkout was at 12 PM. That really ruined my impression of the place. Be careful if you stay there.
