Once you’re inside Napa Place, it feels like home: quiet, with no fuss. The staff are very friendly and make things feel personal. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities, with a complimentary mini bar and free broadband in the room. If you don’t have a laptop, there’s a computer in the living space, along with bookshelves and cozy sofas. I stayed there last November and thought it was a very good place. Breakfast is good quality and has a home-cooked feel. You can also play badminton in the courtyard. I’ll keep coming back.

The breakfast is really good, and I’d give cleanliness five stars. Staff are polite and respectful, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. They also offer tuk-tuk shuttle rides to nearby places. I’d recommend it.

A quiet, small precinct with a homely feel and lots of old family antiques. The hotel follows a “clean and green” policy.
