After I paid the deposit, they waited three hours to tell me the room I’d booked had already been taken. They offered to move me to an older room that hadn’t been renovated, so I had to look for somewhere else and lost a lot of time. For 700 baht, the reviews had seemed fine, but the service really needs improvement.

It’s a handy spot for getting around and finding local attractions. The room is basic, really just somewhere to sleep, and the staff mostly keep an eye on the property rather than provide much service. Fine if location and a bed are what you need.

We were put in different zones, and the water pressure in our building was so low that we couldn’t get hot water. It didn’t spoil things, though. The place was clean and roomy, with toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap supplied. Most of all, the staff were lovely and patient when traffic meant we arrived just after 1 AM. They waited without showing any annoyance and helped us a lot. Thanks for everything.

I booked a room at the last minute around 10 PM because I needed to sleep before early errands. They quickly found an available room, sorted out parking, and even brought my luggage up. It was comfortable and convenient. There’s no elevator, so stairs are a bit of a workout on the upper floors. With lots of bags, I’d choose a lower floor.
