The room was clean, and the location is handy, right by the main road with easy car access. But there's a smoking room at the end of the hallway, and smoke spreads over the whole floor and seeps into the rooms. If you're sensitive to smoke or allergic to it, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We left before the night was over because the room was hot and wouldn't cool down. I didn't ask them to fix the air conditioning because I was put off when they wanted 50 THB for an extra pillow. I've never been charged for one before. The queen bed came with two regular sleeping pillows and two decorative throw pillows.

The rooms were clean, but the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The floors smelled of tobacco and were very dirty, even though the lobby was clean and shiny. The hotel felt like a ghost hotel, with no services, and the pool was dirty. It was in the middle of nowhere, and honestly I felt really uncomfortable spending the night there with my family. I don't recommend it.

The travel desk was a big help, arranging the right person and a suitable luxury vehicle for getting around and sightseeing at an affordable price. The hotel has nice interiors and great facilities, and the staff were really nice and helpful. A great hotel in Bangkok city.
