Night Hotel Bangkok

The location was a real plus, about a five-minute walk from the main Sukhumvit area, with a mall and public transport just as close. It was quiet enough to relax, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful, and I had no service issues. My concern came at check-in, when I was told my booking was for a different building and taken across the street to “Tower Two.” Nothing in the booking details or the reviews I'd read had mentioned that possibility. Then the pool in that building was closed for one of my two nights because of a private function. Staff said I could use the pool in the other building across the street, but that's inconvenient when you expect the amenities to be on site. The hotel isn't bad, but the lack of clear information about the building and pool lowered my rating. Guests should be told ahead of time if they might be placed elsewhere or if an important amenity won't be available.

Yin at the counter was especially helpful, and everyone was so friendly. The room was spacious and very clean, and the service was great. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in Bangkok.

The hotel is tucked just off a busy part of Bangkok, so it was quiet but still very close to the BTS and easy to get around. Our room was clean, and we slept really well. Breakfast had lots of choice and was very good. The restaurant was beautiful and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We'd definitely stay again next time we visit Bangkok. Thank you.

I've stayed here many times over the years, including back when it was called Dream Hotel. The pool is something I enjoy every day, and K' Noi's service is outstanding, professional, and attentive to the details. For value, amenities, location, and first-class service, I think this is one of the best hotels overall.
