Ei Ei at the buffet breakfast made each morning a highlight. She greeted us with a warm smile, made us feel welcome, and was especially attentive to our children. We’re grateful to her and the whole team for making our family of four’s Bangkok stay so enjoyable. The family room with bunk beds was perfect, and the kids absolutely loved it. Service was excellent throughout, and we look forward to coming back.

We were really impressed by the friendly, helpful team. Thanks to Julie, Ice, and Pie at reception, and Oraya with Ana at the playground, for making our visit so enjoyable. The indoor playground has plenty for kids to do, the pool is great, and breakfast had lots of choices and was wonderful. A fantastic hotel for families, highly recommended!

The location was handy, less than a five-minute walk to Emsphere and about 10 minutes to the BTS stations. The hotel can arrange an airport shuttle for 500THB, including toll ways. The playroom with staff to keep your child entertained was especially nice. Both playroom staff were lovely, and you can tell they enjoy their work. The team in general were kind and helpful, and the hotel was super family friendly. In our room they provided a baby bath tub and amenities for our little one. A baby cot and high chair are available, depending on availability. The only downside in the room was that the TVs weren’t smart TVs.

Breakfast was a highlight, with the restaurant waitresses being humble, polite, and very helpful. The kids’ playroom is a great bonus for families, and the pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff made the hotel feel truly family friendly. Our room, 1414, was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping were friendly and attentive. From arrival, the receptionists were kind, humble, and always ready to help. We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy, would definitely recommend it, and look forward to returning.

The pool bar and tennis court were two things I especially enjoyed, and the amenities overall were fantastic. My room was spotless, and the whole team was lovely and welcoming throughout my visit. I had a wonderful stay and am already planning to come back for my upcoming second and third trips. Thanks for the amazing hospitality!
