Oriental Residence Bangkok

Jie at reception welcomed me with a big smile and made check-in hassle-free. K, the concierge manager, and his team, especially Chotu, always go out of their way to arrange everything. They remember my preferences and name, and their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail make every visit comfortable and stress-free. I feel welcomed and valued each time. As a regular guest at Oriental Residence Bangkok, I'm still impressed by the service on every stay. The suites are elegant, the atmosphere peaceful, and cleanliness impeccable. There's generous room for families. It's rare to find standards this consistent alongside such personal service. It feels like a second home, and I look forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone after refined luxury and great hospitality in Bangkok.

The only downside was how loud the aircon was. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, in very good condition, and well maintained. The staff were kind and helpful, and even tracked down something we'd forgotten during our first stay. We liked it enough to return before our flight home. That stay was perfect too, and we were upgraded to a bigger suite with an even better view. There's plenty of nice dining around the area. If we come back to Bangkok, we'll definitely stay here again.

The junior suite we had was huge, with a desk, sofa, lounge area, kitchenette, and little balcony. There's also a nice open-air pool on the fourth floor. It's a nice hotel, just a bit too fancy for me. It's in the expensive business and embassy district, so everything nearby costs more than in other parts of Bangkok. I wouldn't stay here again, but that's just my preference, not a knock on the hotel.

Our room was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Everything seemed well maintained and high quality, and the overall atmosphere and service exceeded what we expected. The service was first class from the start. Thanks to Ms Nan, the doorman and concierge, for everything. There was a short wait at check-in, but the staff made it as comfortable and pleasant as they could, which showed how professional and caring they are. We'd definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
