There’s no hot water, and the water pressure only comes in little bursts every 2-3 seconds. The place looks nothing like the property’s photos. My first room had cockroaches, so I went to the front desk and they kindly offered a bigger room as an “upgrade.” That one had blood stains, maggots on the walls, hair everywhere, and open beverage containers in the fridge. How can I trust the listing’s claims about hygiene measures after COVID? They only take cash, and the in-house ATM has an outrageous fee and terrible conversion rate. Then my credit card went missing. I had it when I returned to the room last night, left my wallet on the table, and waited outside while housekeeping “cleaned” this morning. Afterward the card was gone. It’s not a huge issue since I can block it from my phone and everything’s digital these days, but it says a lot about this place.

Keep in mind this is on Sukhumvit soi 11, a well-known party street, so if nightlife isn’t your thing, it may not suit you. For the price, I got the basics I wanted: a clean, air-conditioned room, an elevator, and a decent bathroom.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in Bangkok. I couldn’t sleep through the night, and there was an unpleasant weed smell. Most of the nearby people seem to know the hotel as a place for adult fun. The hospitality was awful too.
