Please don’t book this hotel! It’s a scam. The hostel is already closed, even though you get reply messages from the property. Booking.com hasn’t helped at all. I canceled my booking there after seeing a comment that the hostel had closed, but Booking.com told me to go there first. 😒

After booking online through Make My Trip, I was turned away when I arrived. The place felt shady and untidy, with an unhygienic atmosphere and cats wandering around the reception. Staff were rude and there was no hospitality at all. Worst hotel or hostel in all of Thailand.

The staff were generally helpful, though I had to use Google Translate with some of them since they didn't understand English. The hotel contact wasn't on site but could be reached by phone, spoke English, and even helped arrange a cab. It's a budget hotel near Bangkok MRT's Lak Song station. The room was small and had a mini fridge, and they asked for 300 baht as a security deposit.

There was no refrigerator in my room, and the bedding looked like it hadn't been changed. The building itself is old and poorly maintained. I was also charged an extra fee at reception on top of the price shown in the OYO app.

The condition of the hotel was very bad and didn't justify the extra charges. They asked for more money, then refused to cancel when we wanted to, even after we called agoda. This place is a scam.
