P18 Hotel

The family room has cool sleeping pods, and everything felt tidy and clean. The simple, sanitary design reminded me of a Japanese style hotel. The location is really convenient, next to SIAM mall and near the station that connects to all the major downtown areas. What stood out most was how ethical and honorable the management was. I booked the wrong date and ended up paying double, but they later noticed an error on their side too and refunded us. That meant a lot while we were traveling on a strict budget. I'd happily recommend this hotel in Bangkok again and again.

Small hotel, but it was so comfortable and had everything we needed. They put out snacks, coffee, tea, and noodles, and we could borrow things like scissors, an umbrella, and a nail clipper. Even though it was very late, they were able to book a taxi for us when I asked at midnight for a 3:15 am pickup. For this price, it's the best hotel I've experienced 😆. I'd definitely recommend P18 to everyone.

I had to attend a meeting unexpectedly, so I asked the front desk about paying extra for a late checkout. The staff kindly checked with the owner, and I was allowed to leave at 1:30 PM for a very reasonable additional fee. I'm grateful for how much they cared about us as guests. They also offered iced water at both check-in and checkout during the recent extreme heat, opened the door for us, and had free snacks. There were some very cute little cats near the hotel too 🐱🐈 🙏

My bus was at 5am, but checkout was quick and I could grab some free snacks on my way out. The staff were so nice and accommodating. The room was very clean, and the bed may have been the most comfortable I've slept in during my five months traveling around SEA, maybe ever. The room was on the smaller side, but everything else was an 11/10.
